Or, simply,  doing �our thing��

Maybe we were just �having a blast�.

To receive life everlasting

Here is what you must do�

Seek forgivness for your sinful past.

You�ve heard of �Repentance�

Since you were a youth

Without thinking just what it entailed�

It means you  resolve before God

To turn your life around

In the areas where you have failed.

For all have fallen short

Of the Glory of God�*

Because each of us gives in to sin.

But that does not mean

Life Eternal in Heaven

Is a prize that we�ll never win�

So, how can we be sure

That we�re to be saved?

And just what does redemption mean?

It is the path to salvation

And Jesus spells it out for us

 In the Gospel of John 3:16�

�For God so loved the world

�That He gave His only Son��

�That whoever believes in Him�

�Should not perish� He said,

�But have eternal life�� **

That�s His PROMISE....It's not just a whim.
