1. Fill out
the form and make your selections.
2. Click on "Send Your Order"
button.
3. If you're using Internet Explorer
and a security box pops up
saying that "this form will reveal
your email address to the recipient",
Ignore this and click the "OK"
button.
4. I.E. may pop up another warning
box - ignore this also and click on the "Yes" button.
5. Your Order should pop up in your
email as an out-going email message.
6. Click "Send" message button and
your order is on it's way.
